Set within a Grade II listed Georgian house in the heart of St John’s Wood, this project was approached as a careful interior refresh rather than a full renovation. We were appointed to elevate the existing spaces, with a particular focus on the bathrooms, enhancing their functionality and overall feel while working within the constraints of the building.
Due to time considerations, the existing layouts were retained and no major structural alterations were undertaken. Instead, the focus shifted to refining finishes and creating a cohesive scheme throughout the home. New flooring was introduced in the kitchen and dining area, the staircase carpet was replaced, and a considered colour palette was developed and applied across all rooms. New window treatments were installed throughout, bringing softness, continuity, and a more unified atmosphere to the interiors.
